Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

Order Tracking

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their local customs authority.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
